YAKWAC and World Intermediate Aerobatic Championship 2014

The following Kitty Hawk pilots performed at the recent World Intermediate Aerobatic Championships and YAKWAC held in Mossel Bay from the 26th November to the 3rd December 2014.

• Bertus Du Preez received 1 Medal for Yak52 team RSA 3rd Place
• Neville Ferreira recieved 3 medals as follows:
  -  Gold First Place - Team RSA
  -  Silver - Free Program
  -  Bronze - 3rd Place Overall

After an interesting talk by the Pilot-man,

We each became a flying fan!

We tried out all the safety stuff,

And soon realised that an airhostess' job is tough!

Hoe het die kok van ons smaak geweet?

Chicken or Beef, het die waardin kom vra,

Terwyl sy oulike foil-bakkies op 'n skinkbord ronddra!

Three "oldies" were chosen for a "free-flight-flip"

The 2014 President's Trophy was held at Gariep Dam from 29 to 31 May 2014.
